Comfortable working in a fast-paced team balancing multiple concurrent creative projects with shifting priorities.
Work with the marketing team to support the execution of the content strategy with the development of stimulating and engaging design assets.
Create designs for various collateral like newsletters, mailers, event collateral (banners, standees, flyers, brochures), blogs, client case studies, sales collateral, digital creatives. Should be able to follow brand guidelines to create designs.
Collaborative in nature and should be able to work with a large team and with internal stakeholders from around the globe.
Ability to create new and creative artworks/integrated ad campaigns and promos to push across social, on-ground activations and digital for the brand.
Adapt template-based designs for individual client requirements.
Familiarity with print production processes, video editing.
A basic understanding of the Seven Design Principles: Compositional Balance, Symmetry and Asymmetry.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
Relevant professional experience (maturity) and a graduate degree.
